Rated Usage Aggregations

Challenge

If you are offering a usage-based business model, you might not want to print every single usage on the invoice of your customer, but rather give them an aggregated view. This is where our Usage Aggregations come in.

How does it work

Closing the aggregation

The aggregation will be closed automatically after the end of the aggregation period, plus any defined aggregation delay within the option.

Once the aggregation closes for the first time, a Line Item is created, which will then eventually be invoiced to your customer.

If, after this, new rated usages for the aggregation period are received or existing once cancelled, the aggregation re-opens, and you need to close it manually to correct the invoice.
