Webportal Rate Limiting

Using the webportal, all users are limited to an average to 60 API requests per second. Should a higher rate limit be required for your needs, don't hesitate to contact our support!

Should this limit be reached, you will first notice a slowdown of the webportal and eventually receive an HTTP 503 error.

This limit should not be reached by any regular user.
